    Send me the property details, photos, floor plans, or the listing, together with your questions or plans.

  2. Personal quotation
    Because every property is different, I'll provide a price estimate based on the location, the time needed for the on-site visit, and whether you would like verbal feedback or a written report with recommendations.

  3. On-site assessment
    If you decide to go ahead, I'll visit the property to assess its condition, identify practical opportunities for improvement, and answer your questions.

  4. Advice & report
    You'll receive practical feedback on the property's condition, possible renovations, maintenance priorities, and realistic next steps. If requested, I can also prepare a written report.

  5. Renovation proposal (optional)
    If you'd like me and my trusted freelance team to carry out renovation or construction work afterwards, I'm happy to prepare a separate proposal.
